Archivist clients include major clearing banks, private banks, as well as accountants, advocates, trust and management companies, medical practices and private individuals from the UK and Guernsey.
DOCUMENT STORAGE
We have various document storage options available. For clients with smaller quantities of boxes, we store the documents in an area alongside those of other clients who have similar requirements, for a low annual storage cost per box.
Secure Confidential Document Shredding & Recycling
We designed and manufactured a secure, wheeled container for document disposal and PODS (Portable On-Demand Shredding) was born. The stylish 145-litre container fits comfortably into any office environment and its locked lid meets compliance demands.
Destruction and annual Environmental Certificates are issued to clients using the Archivist document shredding service.
SHREDDING
Archivist recycles over 720 tons of shredded paper per year. All containers are taken to our secure shredding room and processed. The cutting heads of our shredding machine are an upgraded 4.5mm wide cross cut which, coupled with vacuum extraction, is the highest industrial grade paper shredding and conforms to military specification.
SCANNING, ARCHIVING AND DATA BACKUP
Archivist’s document scanning department can convert all your documents to digitally scanned images, which are then transferred onto CD or DVD.
Archivist’s covers Guernsey on a daily basis, collecting and delivering boxes, files and backup tapes, and servicing our document shredding division.
