Welcome to the Lotus Pools story. We have grown a little since the early '1 man band' pool maintenance days, and in time become Guernsey's trusted and favourite complete pool company. Our team now offers everything from new pools and spas, full refurbishments through to our original roots in the best pool maintenance service. We would love to help you with a new pool and just as much so, your existing one.
Our story really began back in 2014. 2014 saw the beginning of Andys Pools, at the time a new pool service company for Guernsey. Andy, one of the few fully qualified ISPE pool engineers on the island, was keen to show Guernsey how professional pool maintenance could be, and how customer service should be.
2016 saw Andy's wife Katrina join the team amongst others. Katrina's role quickly developed with the growing company, from (we believe!) Guernsey's first female pool girl, to more recently office manager. You'll probably speak with Katrina on your first call or email, and as with our other staff, she's enrolled on the ISPE (institute of pool engineers) training program. Katrina has become a super helpful first point of contact with plenty of onsite knowledge and skills.
In 2018 after 4 years as Andy's Pools, we were outgrowing just 'Andy'. Our team had grown, we had taken our original quality and service values, and applied them to complete new swimming pool builds for the first time, and our range of pool services and products had increased too. We took the plunge to rebrand into Lotus Pools. Quickly following in 2019 we introduced a catalogue of Platinum Spas onto our website with no shopfront/retail overheads to cover. Our spas are the best value for money on the island!
As Lotus Pools, we are still a small and personal team, concentrating on our quality of work, and communication with our clients. But we now offer all services to do with swimming pools and spas, both private and commerical, from exciting new pool designs & building, full pool re-furbishments to minor repairs, leak detection and pool maintenance services.
We are Guernsey representatives for Endless Pools swimming machines, DEL slatted pool cover systems, and Duratech Air Source Heat Pumps amongst many other great products.
