Bellerive Trust was established in April 2016, however our trustee roots and experience in the Channel Islands date back to the 1980s. We are based in the premier international financial centres of Guernsey and Alderney, where our clients benefit from stability, modern laws and a well-established legal framework. The Group has 45 staff based across Guernsey and Alderney, administering structures for wealthy individuals, family offices and corporations/institutions.
The assets under our administration range from trading companies and quoted securities, through to fine art, yachts and intellectual property. Structures such as Trusts, Companies (including cellular structures), Limited Partnerships, Private Trust Companies and Foundations are able to hold different asset types for various purposes. The islands also have an excellent supporting infrastructure of leading banks, investment managers, auditors and legal firms.
Our administration is supported by qualified bookkeepers and accountants. We prepare financial statements to international reporting standards (such as IFRS). We also work with external audit firms, if structures require auditing.
