Wow!! Talk about "royal" treatment! This place is INCREDIBLE!! My husband and I were looking to buy a new dining table so we stopped by A Royal Suite and turned into the best decision! As we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly salesman named Izzy. We told him we were looking for a table for our dining room and he asked a few questions like what style, how big of a table etc. He was so incredibly attentive but without being so overbearing which you do get at a lot of retail stores. After we picked out our table and 2 bar chairs Izzy gave us his business card with his cell and said " if you guys have any questions or need updates on your order please don't hesitate to call" Then on our way home we got a text from him saying thank you for our business and was so nice to meet us. 3 weeks later (as promised because the piece we picked out was crafted to order) we received our beautiful table and chairs!!! Izzy called the day of to make sure we were happy and things were as we ordered them. I could not believe the customer service we had received during this whole shopping experience. And then to top things off a week after we got our table and chairs we received a Thank you card from Izzy in the mail once again thanking us for our business!!!! This guy is 100% class act!!! Izzy went above and beyond in every way during this whole experience! So THANK YOU so much Izzy for making my husband and I feel so comfortable and confident in the decision we made!!
