Guernsey’s North Show and Battle of the Flowers: 21-22 August 2024

Guernsey’s highly anticipated North Show and Battle of the Flowers will be held in Saumarez Park from 21-22 August 2024.
Presented by the Northern Agricultural and Horticultural Society, the North Show welcomes thousands of attendees every year and is one of the main events in Guernsey’s summer calendar.
Some of the show’s participants will showcase their talent with traditional Guernsey livestock through to flowers and flower arrangements, cookery, photography, embroidery, woodwork, and other arts and crafts.
Patrons can expect a funfair and various high energy displays from the Defying Gravity BMX Display Team, the Squibb Freestyle Stunt Team, and the Guernsey Majorettes.
Around the showground this year, visitors will also be entertained by Ridgeside Falconry, Jersey Scout Band, and the Guernsey Laser Company.
The Guernsey Battle of the Flowers takes place at 2.15pm on Thursday afternoon. A floodlight parade of floats will illuminate the evening followed by a firework display. The Grand Auction of Produce marks the end of this ever-popular community event.
The grounds open at 10am each day.
