Guernsey Marathon 2023

Whether you are taking part or just want to watch from the side lines, the Sure Guernsey Marathon on 2 April 2023 is an event that everyone will love.

The newly designed 26.2-mile course takes competitors past some of the island’s most iconic landmarks as they traverse country lanes, picturesque valleys, and Guernsey’s beautiful coast.

The race is split into three categories – the Sure Marathon, Mourant Relay Race (teams of two and five) and The Guernsey Marathon Mile. The main marathon race is open to anyone who is 18 or older.

The race starts and finishes on South Esplanade (at the bottom of Val Des Terres) in St Peter Port. There will be eight water stations around the course and marshals to keep you on track and motivated.

This is a challenging but enjoyable race for new athletes and experienced competitors. Spectators are urged to come out and give your support to help the runners get through the course.

See you on the start line at 9am!
