Put on your walking shoes and securely tie your laces, it’s time to head out and enjoy the historical sites and beautiful landscapes of the Bailiwick of Guernsey.

From 14 to 29 September, choose from 44 stunning unique walks which are all accompanied by an expert guide who will give participants an insight into island life.

Ability levels are taken into consideration, so there is a selection of rambles and strolls, family outings and clifftop adventures. There are walks to suit all ages and interests.

The walking festival includes Alderney and Sark which are both easily accessible by ferry.

Choose from lunchtime walks around St Peter Port, a tour of the WWII German fortifications on Alderney, be spooked by the Mirus Ghost Tour, and appreciate the folklore about the fairies at Pleinmont. To name but a few!

Booking your place is easy. Once you have decided on the walks you wish to join, email the assigned guide to reserve your spot.

The Visit Guernsey website has a dedicated page for a full list of the 44 guided walks
