Cheers to the Herm Ale, Cider and Gin Festival: 6-10 September 2022

The Mermaid Tavern in Herm is set to host its ever-popular ale, cider, and gin festival from 6-10 September 2022.
Guests can expect to enjoy an array of fantastic ales, gins, and ciders, accompanied by fabulous local live music and plenty of tasty food options.
The local bands scheduled to play from Wednesday 7 September until Saturday 10 September are Sonic Bomb, Neon Fire, The Ketones and Underdog.
The Mermaid’s kitchen is open from Thursday to Saturday and the menu has something for everyone.
Thursday is Burger Bar night with beef and Cajun chicken burgers and falafel and spinach burgers for vegetarians.
Friday is Mexican night with chunky beef chilli, chipotle chicken, or a mixed bean chilli.
Saturday is the ‘Great British’ menu with lamb stew, pork, leek and cider stew, or smoky sweet potato and lentil stew. Food costs £15 per person.
Entry to the festival on Tuesday is free and on Wednesday tickets are just £5. From Thursday to Saturday entry is £10. You can buy tickets and bar tokens online at – https://www.herm.com/product/ale-cider-festival-september/. A free festival glass is included with entry.
