Veganism is a growing movement which has becoming increasingly popular all over the world in the past few decades.

Vegans eat a mainly fruit and plant-based diet. They do not consume meat, fish or poultry, or the by-products of animals like eggs or milk.

Many people who are not vegan, but are trying to eat more fruit and vegetables, may opt for a plant-based meal on some days of the week such as on so-called ‘Meatless Mondays’.

If, for whatever reason, you’re looking to try out some vegan recipes, Yello has found three Instagram accounts which will provide you with lots of inspiration.

I am Tabitha Brown

Tabitha Brown is an actress / influencer who has become well known for her viral vegan food reviews on Tik Tok.

Tabitha’s bubbly, relaxed, and fun style has won her fans all over the world. They flock to her IG account (1.5 million followers and counting) to soak up her positive vibes and Southern charm, along with some quick, easy, and healthy recipes.
